Ms. Sencia Kaizemi-Rukata is a highly accomplished banking professional with 25 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and central banking. As the Director of Currency Management and Banking Operations at the Bank of Namibia, she ensures seamless banking services for the Government, Commercial Banks and oversee currency management, and upholds the institution's security. With expertise in administration, payments, strategic leadership, and corporate governance, she also serves as Chairperson of the Board of Namibia Post & Telecom Holdings. Ms. Kaizemi-Rukata's remarkable contributions make her a revered figure in the banking industry. Prior to this, Ms. Kaizemi-Rukata served on the Payments Association of Namibia, as a Council member and as Chairperson of the Remuneration committee.

 

 

Mr. Immanuel Shikongo

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mr. Immanuel Shikongo is a certified mining engineer with extensive professional experience spanning over 14 years. His employment journey began in 2006 at Rossing Uranium Mine. Over the course of approximately seven (7) years at the mine, Immanuel held various middle to senior management positions in multiple disciplines, including Mine Planning, Drilling, and Blasting. Additionally, since 2013, Immanuel has leveraged his business acumen to successfully operate a consulting firm primarily focused on serving the infrastructure industry.

 

Outside of his professional commitments, Immanuel dedicates time to his family and pursues personal interests. He enjoys reading, as well as playing golf and tennis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ms Diana Mokhatu is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional with over 25 years’ of experience in the Human Capital field. She holds an MSc in HRM/HRD from the University of Manchester and has deep understanding of human resources strategy and management.

 

Ms Mokhatu has held managerial and executive roles in diverse industries including education, diamond trading, oil industry and banking. She has also served as a council member for the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) and the Payment Association of Namibia (NPA).

 

During her spare time, Diana dedicates time to her family, is passionate about farming and enjoys being out in nature.

  • Executive: Governance, Risk and Compliance Management at the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia. Held this position since 2015

 

  • Mr Davies is an Admitted Legal Practitioner since 2009 and has extensive experience in Information and Communications Technology Policy and regulation; Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance management and Business continuity Management, Litigation and Corporate law.

 

  • Also known for providing professional corporate Governance training to Boards in Namibia through the Namibian Institute of Corporate Governance.

 

  • He is also a part time lecturer of Accountancy for Lawyers at the Justice training centre in the Legal Practitioners Qualifying Programme.

Jerome is a qualified Chartered Accountant Namibia CA (Nam) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Namibia (ICAN), since 2014 and a Registered Auditor and Accountant with the Public Accountants & Auditors Board (PAAB).

 

He completed his articles at KPMG Namibia where he qualified as a chartered Accountant and worked in the United Kingdom for KPMG UK for 2 years.

 

Jerome has the following experience in the investment industry:

 

  • Unlisted investments industry/Private equity industry as a portfolio manager for 2 years.  He was responsible for deal structuring and portfolio company’s performance analysis.

 

  • Listed investment industry, 5 years’ experience as an Investment analyst on equity and multi asset funds, his expertise include:

 

  • Fundamental Company research
  • Asset Allocation decision making
  • Portfolio risk management

 

Outside of his professional commitments Jerome is avid cyclist and takes part in numerous social cycling events. He also serves as treasurer for a local cycling club.
